Fortis Strength and Conditioning
Fortis 40 minutes strength and conditioning classes incorporate natural movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and accessories. Sessions are focused on developing strength, conditioning and confidence across different movements, exercises and functions.
Fortis HIT
Fortis 40 minute HIT classes are focused on lifting the heart rate and building endurance through a wide range of exercises scientifically designed to test your cardiovascular, mental and physical endurance.
All classes are limited to 10 per person which allows our trainers to focus, drive and encourage you to maximise your efforts and results.
